Services to Landlords
Our services to landlords and tenants include the following:
- Preparation of an inventory
- Active search for tenants (landlord responsible for any advertising costs)
- Prospective tenants thoroughly checked and references taken
- Lease agreements prepared with copies for the landlord
- Security deposit taken and held in a Tenant's Deposit Account
- Notification to public services and council of the pending tenancy
- Property inspections undertaken
- Full maintenance and repair service subject to landlord's instruction
- Advice on annual rent reviews
- Final inspections undertaken at the termination of tenancy including meter readings of the services
- Rent due to the landlord is paid by Bank Giro Credit together with a rental income statement
We will discuss your needs and offer advice on the amount of rent your property can achieve. Commission is taken at 10 per cent of rent received. Please note that we are not VAT registered.
